Christmas in Disneyland starts in November. In fact, decorations will be in place starting Friday, November 10, and stay up through Sunday, January 7, 2018. What can travelers expect from Disney Christmas Magic?
According to the Disney Parks blog, your Disneyland favorites with being sprinkled with Christmas pixie dust. Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle will be shining for the season, “it’s a small world” Holiday highlights Christmas around the world, the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay carries over from Halloween, “A Christmas Fantasy” parade marches down Main Street, U.S.A., Santa Claus, and his reindeer show up in Critter Country, and the evenings end with “Believe…in Holiday Magic fireworks, with a snowfall finale.
At Disney California Adventure get into the food of the season with Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, watch World of Color – Season of Light, and check out the decorations in Cars Land. Disney is also offering “A Merry Passholder Perk!” with an exclusive photo location, activities for the kids, and special button distribution.
Before the holidays officially take over the biannual celebration of vintage wear Dapper Day is scheduled for Nov. 5 this year. It’s an unofficial event that takes place in the fall and spring when stylish parkgoers dress up in their best vintage attire and visit the parks. It’s also a chance for Disneybounders to go all out.
