Is November a good time to go to Disneyland® Resort?
November can be a wonderful time to visit Disneyland® Resort, especially once the holiday celebrations begin on November 13, 2026. Guests can enjoy festive decorations, seasonal entertainment and holiday treats throughout the parks.
If you’re hoping to avoid some of the busiest holiday travel periods, consider visiting on a weekday earlier in the season rather than around Thanksgiving. However, crowds can vary considerably, so it’s always a good idea to check park reservations, ticket availability and operating hours before finalizing your plans.

At Disneyland® Park, guests can enjoy favorites like Haunted Mansion Holiday, A Christmas Fantasy Parade and the dazzling lights of Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle.
Disney California Adventure® Park also celebrates with Disney Festival of Holidays, featuring multicultural entertainment, festive food and seasonal experiences. It’s a memorable time to visit whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples getaway or holiday trip with friends.
What is the best week of December to go to Disneyland® Resort?
The holiday season stretches from November 13, 2026, to January 6, 2027, at Disneyland® Resort. Early December can be a good option for travelers hoping to experience Disneyland® Resort’s holiday celebrations before the busiest Christmas and New Year’s travel periods. Weekdays earlier in the month may offer more flexibility than the weeks surrounding major holidays, although lighter crowds are never guaranteed.
For the best experience, review ticket availability and park reservations before choosing your dates, and plan ahead for popular holiday entertainment and dining experiences.
