Enjoy the Los Angeles Angels From Home

Thanks to COVID-19, 2020, it has been a weird year for professional sports. Despite the numerous changes and cardboard cutouts in place of fans, we’re still cheering on the Los Angeles Angels, who are based right here in Anaheim! While the season is well underway, there’s still some time to show your support! Things may look a little different, we’ve got some tips on how you can support the Angels and enjoy America’s pastime from the comfort of your own home.

Show Off Your Angels Gear

Grab those hats, foam fingers, fun signs and posters, and all your red and white Angels apparel. Go crazy and have fun with it — just like you would if you were attending a game in person. Even if your family are the only ones that will see it, donning the Angels colors still puts you in the right spirit and adds a little fun to game day!

Enjoy Your Favorite Baseball Foods

One of the best parts of a day at the ballpark is getting to enjoy some of the delicious food. Just because you aren’t watching the game at Angels Stadium doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your favorites — including the iconic helmet nachos! The Angels and MLB released a few of the most popular recipes for you to indulge in right from the comfort of your own home. Check it out:

Please excuse us while we go try ALL of these. Which ones are your favorites?

Enjoy Some Kid-Friendly Angels Activities

Got a young Angels fan in the family? The Angels and MLB have created a plethora of fun Angels and baseball-themed activities and crafts for kids (and kids at heart) to enjoy! While nothing can replace a family fun day at Angel Stadium, these fun, creative activities come in a close second!

Enjoy coloring pages featuring your favorite Los Angeles Angels players (including Mike Trout, Anthony Rendon, Shohei Ohtani, and Albert Pujols), Los Angeles Angels word searches, Maddon Mad Libs, Angels-themed crosswords, and so much more! All the pages are ready to go and easy to download and print out , making them a quick, fun activity to keep youngsters engaged and occupied — just pull out some crayons or colored pencils and go to town!

Relive Some Jumbotron Highlights

Just because you’re not in the stadium doesn’t mean you can’t relive and enjoy some of the best jumbotron highlights — like the Angels Kiss Cam and Dance Cam!

You can check out some highlights on the Angels’ official website and dance, smooch, and laugh along — all from the comfort of your living room! You can even pull out your phone and create your own makeshift fan cam at home!

Of course, there’s also plenty of baseball and player highlights available for rewatching as well — including Tim Salmon’s 1997 walk-off grand slam!

Jam to an Angels-Themed Playlist

What’s your favorite player’s walk-up music? From Chris Stapleton to Imagine Dragons and DJ Khalid, you can create an epic playlist based on the Los Angeles Angels’ favorites and what you might hear playing at the stadium. These songs will have you dancing around your living room in no time!
